Wow! Cutting through to the core of our soul and womanhood! My current favorite. Unique, easy, focused practices that are powerful, effective, greatest personal clarity, and especially for connecting with the cosmos. I often run into my kundalini yoga teacher at the most unexpected locations when I practice these postures/mantras as well as finding out whose soul – family, friends, acquaintances – is in tune with me.

This is a wonderful book about meditation. It explains it so clearly, in language so carefully chosen that you will understand everything. It doesn’t matter if you have practiced yoga kundalini or not, you will find it so useful and so inspiring to carry out meditations every single day. I recommend it to every woman everywhere.

I was nervous getting this book – I’m not really the “meditation” type person. But I was feeling stressed out as a working mom and felt I needed to try something, and this really was helpful. I have a hard time dedicating the time to use it, but when I do the effect is significant.

I enjoyed this book. It is not only about meditation, but you learn a lot of yoga techniques. You learn the correct way to sit, breath, and hense you open the door to meditation. I thought the breathing techniques were great as physically you feel wonderful after learning how to breath correctly. Once you get the basics down, you are ready to do some serious meditation. It’s fun and it helped me greatly.

I’ve done yoga for the past ten years and love the more physical styles of yoga – ashtanga and other vinyasa based practices. This book is something completely different. The mediations seem to work from the inside out and are amazingly transformative. I can’t imagine anyone doing even 11 minutes of any one of these meditations without noticing the effect. And 11 minutes isn’t as easy as it sounds. Clearly the author has tremendous knowledge and she makes even the more complicated meditations easy to understand and perform at home. This is a book worth buying and using.
